The Process

• Assessment and Refurbishment: Usable equipment is identified, and GRKMS assesses its condition, performing necessary repairs or upgrades to ensure it meets performance standards.
• Data Wiping and Testing: Secure data wiping is performed on all devices to ensure customer privacy.
• Remarketing and Sales: Refurbished IT assets are marketed and sold to customers such as other businesses, educational institutions, or individuals. Sales channels may include e-commerce platforms, auctions, or direct sales to wholesalers.
• Asset Tracking and Reporting: GRKMS maintains detailed records of asset sales, including serial numbers and specifications, to track the financial performance of the remarketing efforts.
• Customer Support and Warranty: GRKMS may provide customer support and warranties for the sold equipment to build trust with buyers.
